Hi,
I really want to find one movie that I saw as a kid on TV. It made quite an emotional impact on me, but I can remember almost nothing.
It was an older movie - 70's, 60's who knows.
All I remember it was in color, it was probably Italian (maybe even French), and I remember one very emotional scene with an old man on the town sea shore, he was sitting on a seawall, had lobsters with him, and some kids were messing with him and tried to take away lobsters from him. He tried to fight them off, but as far as I remember, failed and end up alone crying.
It was a very important scene within the movie itself, but I forgot what led to it.
Thanks for help.

You wouldn't be thinking of "village idiot" John Mills in RYAN'S DAUGHTER (1970) would you?
Scene I'm thinking of is at 1:25 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j-bkquX1Bg8
