Filmmaker alternate credits

I'd find it useful to be able to see/add any aliases (or old names or whatever) used by a filmmaker on a particular film, somewhere on the film page. IMDb simply uses (as __________) after their credit, but I know that might be awkward with our current layout.

I would also suggest an "also credited as" spot on filmmaker pages for this info, a separate field alongside country/bio
