PSI colors not matching tier colors

For some reason, the colors assigned to PSIs does not match the actual color of the tier that the number belongs under. For example, my tier 8 stops at 79, and tier 7 starts at 78. However; PSIs that end up with a number of 78 are colored dark green rather than light green.


Is this a bug; and why does it happen if not?

This was a bug.

Thanks very much for reporting it... it was one of those hard-to-detect errors (only happening on the PSI List Page). I think we've repaired it now, but if you see any more discrepancies here or on another page, please let us know!
