In a post-apocalyptic world where supplies and medicine are scarce, a protective father and his teenage daughter leave the seclusion of their island base to look for antibiotics in a mainland hospital. When they find a mute teenage boy who may have what they need, they must decide what to do with him first. Kill him, or take him back to their base?
