Kamen Rider Den-O, Kamen Rider OOO, and Ankh traveled through time to battle the secret terrorist organization known as Shocker. A Cell Medal unwittingly left behind during the battle enables Shocker to achieve world domination. It falls to the Kamen Riders and a group of young fans to repair the timeline and destroy Shocker once and for all.

Ryoutaro and the DenLiner gang have set up a detective agency called the DenLiner Police who seek to catch the Imagin who stole a spare Den-O pass from the Owner and find the Imagin who has built a crime syndicate with human criminals.

Three months after the Roidmude threat has ended, Takeru and Shinnosuke are sent back 10 years into the past, where Shinnosuke encounters Mr. Belt before they had originally met while Takeru finds his father before he passes away.

Ryoma Sengoku continues his research of the Sengoku Drivers along with Takatora Kureshima. Meanwhile, Zack returns to Zawame City to set things right.

Brought on by the popularity of the series, this DVD Special features two half-hour side stories that take place during the events of the show. Both stories appear to take place just after episode 20, the first episode of the Helheim Saga. The Kamen Rider Zangetsu side story begins with Takatora telling Kota about the truth behind Helheim. While a childhood friend pays Takatora a visit, a mysterious Kamen Rider that has control over cracks begins to hunt down Yggdrasill’s forces.

Follows a mysterious Amazon hunter named Jin Takayama, the heavily-sheltered Haruka Mizusawa, and the Nozama Pest Control Service, a small group of mercenaries as they hunt down the awakening Amazons.
