After getting insulted as being a bastard & almost losing his potential bride, Thangavel (Satyaraj), a policeman in CRPF, asks his grandparents & gets to know about his illicit father, the corrupt, power-hungry MLA, Nagaraja Cholan (Satyaraj), & how he cheated & deserted Thangavel's mother Thayamma (Kasturi) after he came to power & when she was pregnant with him.
