Bio: Name's supposed to be NinjaNakashima, I use it everywhere, but it wouldn't fit. Anyway, I am attending college for my bachelor's in Creative Writing. Movies are a good source of inspiration as well as a good way to spend my time while knitting my current projects. n.n I love horror, action and fantasy movies, but I give most genres a chance (comedies nowadays are pointless though).

80 79% Eli (2019) - Oct 23, 2019
"Spoilers I'm not usually one for the suddenly becoming religious type of movies, but I don't know, this one just worked for me. I have to say watching Eli take out his anger on everyone was entertaining, but I don't know if it would be the same for someone who is religious, maybe they would actually get a more horror movie feel from the ending. I enjoyed it quite a bit given most films with such subject matter would end with the religious one being the victors."
45 7% St. Agatha (2018) - Oct 01, 2019
"The movie looks well made, but I got 25 minutes into it and was so bored I had to turn it off. I have watched a number of not so good horror movies, but at least I made it through them. Honestly, it was like the movie was trying so hard to be scary or creepy and it just came off feeling blase. Even bad horror movies at least usully give me something of interest to make me at least see their crappy conclusions. St. Agatha gave nothing and its scares either had no build up or were cut too short"
86 90% Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (2019) - Oct 01, 2019
"Giving a rating more for what the movie would have been if I was watching it at home and not seeing it with disrespectful idiots. The younger individual I understood, but the adult behind me who decided it was necessary to say "so suspenseful" when the one character was hiding and it was dead silent. Yeah, not a chance. Completely ruined any and all tension. Other than that I really enjoyed the movie for being a more teen/young adult version of that goosebumps movie."

"Yeah couldn't watch this. The camera work in the opening was seriously making me motion sick. Honestly there are only a couple of these found footage movies that I can stomach, Quarantine/REC, The Visit, and the one with the dementia woman. The worse part was when the charactercter started acting as though she was doing a sort of documentary after title card and yet didn't hire someone who was competant at filming. They shouldn't be perfect but camera shouldn't sway every second"
