Brick (2005) - Rated 13 Aug 2007
A Noir mystery set in a contemporary high school setting. This movie gets pretty intense and is full of shots where one wonders "wait, was that just a coincidence or was that scripted?" Joseph Gordon-Levitt plays the main character role perfectly.

Dumbo (1941) - Rated 13 Aug 2007
The main character never speaks, much of story relies on the music, classic inebriation scene.

Eraserhead (1977) - Rated 13 Aug 2007
Anyone who views Eraserhead will most likely be utterly confused, and attempting an interpretation of Eraserhead is Near impossible, though their are a few interpretations, none of which are David Lynch's intented interpretation. This is probably the weirdest movie one can see, so weird in fact it becomes hard to hate it, especially when you feel that the movie is smarter than you are. Black and white, looong takes, chipmunk lady, need I say more.

Signs (2002) - Rated 13 Aug 2007
Shyamalan leaves it up to the viewer to create their own horror film in Signs. Lovers of aliens and/or just plain good movies, you'll enjoy, if you're looking for an alien filled action movie, see Aliens, Signs is for the person who constantly wonders "are they out there, and if so, what would my life be like if they came"

Dumb and Dumber (1994) - Rated 13 Aug 2007
One of the greatest comedies of all time. Outstanding acting from Jim Carrey as Lloyd Christmas. It's stupid-funny before stupid-funny existed, which means it was done well. it's not Zoolander humor is what I mean. This will be , and already is in my opinion, a true comedy classic.
