The Hangover (2009) - Rated 28 Aug 2010
The Hangover may be crude and inappropriate to some, but it is downright hilarious. Taking you through the journey of 4 friends in Vegas, viewers get a little reality of how crazy bachelor parties can be. Waking up with no recollection of what happened the night before, they must trace back their steps in order to find their lost friend. A series of funny, and sometimes disturbing events finally leads them to their final destination. This is not suitable for all ages, but is a damn funny movie.

The Blind Side (2009) - Rated 28 Aug 2010
The Blind Side was a wonderful remake of a recent book. It takes you through the life of Michael Ore, an abandoned hood boy that turned into a professional football player. Perfectly portraying Michael's struggles and hurdles, the movie is awe-inspiring. This movie will bring both tears of sadness and joy and truly puts your life into perspective.

Mulan (1998) - Rated 28 Aug 2010
Mulan is among the classic animation movies that not only keep kids entertained, but adults too. It has a unique way of showing the Chinese culture and educating kids at the same time. It tells a story of bravery and courage and keeps you laughing the whole way through. I recommend it for kids of all ages and will do so for decades to come.

Ocean's Eleven (2001) - Rated 28 Aug 2010
Ocean's Eleven takes robbery movies to a whole other level. The plot of the robbery is the extremely elaborate and whoever came up with it is a mastermind. Throughout the whole movie the viewer stays totally focused because until the end you do not fully understand. It is a mixture of action, comedy, and extreme cleverness, all coming together at the end. Ocean's eleven makes you want to come back and watch it again and again.

Gladiator (2000) - Rated 28 Aug 2010
Gladiator is one of the best movies I have ever seen. As far as keeping the audience involved and interested it couldn't have done a better job. Full of gory, action packed scenes it managed to have a great storyline as well, making it a worthwhile movie. It also showed what another society was like that many people don't know much about. Gladiator is one of the all time greats and is a must see for every movie lover.

Whip It (2009) - Rated 28 Aug 2010
Whip It was Drew Barrymore's first movie that she produced and directed and in my eyes was her first failure. She attempted to make a movie that portrayed early womanhood and the struggles that are associated. Instead she showed a sport that doesn't even exist and that isn't the least bit interesting. It was something that no one could relate which overshadowed her attempted message of the movie.
