"A very pleasant surprise and in some ways quite a unique film. If Golden Age style visuals make a contemporary film look gimmicky, that's too bad for films that want to avoid gimmicks -- Lucky Number Slevin does not.
The dialogue is occasionally quite witty and even the many cheesy parts are delivered with a confidence that makes me give them a pass.
Fun movie."
