I don’t really know Theo Von outside what Ingram reels wants me to know but I found him to have very little screen presence and not that much comedic energy for something apparently he wrote. Mainly went to see because I’m a big David Spade guy not just SNL/talk show appearances but a lot of his movies are kinda underrated with something like The Wrong Missy being a prime example of his comedic chops. Here there’s a couple of his self deprecating improv-ed run on line things but other than that I don’t think I laughed once. Saw with about 20-30 people and you could hear a pin drop throughout the entire thing which makes a comedy even worse. Just very stilted with some un-pc forced crassness while they looked at the camera being “can we say this”. Some just horrendous AI to cap it all off.
