This is an experimental film made from B-Roll footage in Calcutta, India and it's very much a mixed bag. Some of the footage is really cool, but most of this is just random shots of people doing similar things. On the other hand, the parades, rituals, wedding, and a funeral in this were really cool to witness. There was a funny moment where one of the parade people dropped a bowl of hot coals and you could notice that his soul left his body before the scene changed. Some of the history and cultural aspects are interesting but it's takes a long time to get there and this movie meanders a lot! This is shot beautifully as well!
