I might not have been in the right mood to watch this. It's painfully slow and I don't see ANY chemistry between the characters. The editing would be neat in a better film, but it feels jarring and frenetic.

This is the second time I have watched this and I liked it a little better. I am not sure I get why everyone loves this film. It's shot pretty well and has some neat callbacks, but to be it's pretty boring. It's just not interesting to me. Elijah Wood was pretty funny and evil in this so I guess there's that. I don't know, I fear this was just way too over-hyped and I don't really like romance stories in general.
