Hi, Mom!
This is a really bizarre movie... It's basically one of Robert De Niro's first movies, where he becomes a "professional peeping tom," and then the movie randomly turns into a blaxploitation movie. Imagine Rear Window mixed with Black Dynamite, but without the good acting, class, or self-awareness. There were some amusing moments, but they were mostly relegated to the first third of the movie. You will know very quickly if you won't like this movie. The ending is kind of embarrassing, and the theme song in this movie makes me irrationally mad. I have no idea what to think about this one.
