Resident Evil: Death Island

As much as I love Resident Evil, Death Island seems to get lost even more in the weeds then how some people say Resident Evil: Zero did. This one has the same great action and characters but has an awful villain and a lot of thematic inconsistently. I still enjoyed it for the most part though

This has Rebecca Chambers and Leon S. Kennedy in it so you just know it's going to be fantastic! This is very fun but not as great as Vendetta. As usual, the villains are very goofy, and I don't know if any of the characters know how physics work, but damn this is still amazing! Oh yeah, and Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine are back and they kick ass too! Claire Redfield is still doing her humanitarian thing as Capcom just refuses to make her the badass she was in the game. Seriously, why do they treat her so badly compared to all the other main characters!
Anyway, the plots pretty good compared to the other Resident Evil movies and has a lot of zombie action compared to the last movie. This is the best looking Resident Evil animated movie but sometimes some people still look a little bit uncanny. I'm hoping the next one will be even better! Also, the title of this movie is goofy, but I am sure they couldn't have called it "Resident Evil: Alcatraz". But on that topic, the Alcatraz setting is perfect for Resident Evil and it looks just like the actual island. The creators of this did their homework and would honestly be a great location for the video games. The sewer sections in this movie were my favorite part!
