Well, I finally got to watching this. Quite honestly, I don't know why this is hated as it is. Sure, it's vulgar and offensive, but it's some of the most fun I have had with a movie. It's really funny and creative. This is probably one of those movies that you can get away with once because they used pretty much every food joke under the sun! But maybe that's why I liked it, this is pretty much dad jokes the movie and who doesn't love a good pun?! Well... I guess quite a few people... :(
I am sure a lot of people will disagree with me and that's okay. I had fun with this and loved the creativity and craziness of this. Perhaps, I just needed a movie to turn my brain off to and just laugh at how silly it is. To be honest, as immature as this is, I actually find this more mature then a show like The Boys. Both are vastly gratuitous, but at least this one feels less cynical to me. This is probably the highest I can rate it because I still don't like the very last scene in this and ruins what would have otherwise been a near perfect adult animated film!
