Mindhunters

Amiably trashy murder mystery has the feeling of a made for TV effort (especially as starring small-screen stalwart Morris), but if you don’t think about it too much, it’s an easy and laid-back watch, livened by a cast who bring a bit of weight and authority to proceedings. Tighter pacing (the better to ignore the leaps of credibility that raise their ugly heads) would have helped, and I’m not sure the villain’s grand scheme adds up to the amount of effort taken to contrive, but it’s hard to come down too hard on crap that knows its crap, but still wants to have a bit of fun.
