The New Barbarians

Someone put a frightening amount of thought into conceiving that logistically practical rape machine! More-of-the-same for Castellari’s loose BRONX WARRIORS trilogy; this seems to take even more overt inspiration from MAD MAX 2 than its predecessor, and struggles a bit to find its own voice, especially as the lumpy pacing makes any semblance of a narrative moot, otherwise the sheer madness of some of the character and costume designs keeps this watchable and good fun, especially whenever Williamson is left to strut around like a peacock.
