Freak Orlando

I’d be lying if I said this film didn’t drag for me at times but the highs felt almost euphoric. Definitely not for everyone and don’t know whether I’d recommend but It’s a film that wears its contradictions on its sleeve. It’s both anti-religion whilst also being against capitalisation of religion. It’s a celebration of finding your tribe whilst also being an examination of feeling like more of an outsider in your tribe. Pretty one note on being anti Nazi though so that’s good. Loved how honest this was in its transgression.
