Steve Martin and Martin Short: An Evening You Will Forget for the Rest of Your Life
As a fan of Martin Short (and Steve Martin just not to the same extent) this fell kinda flat. I found their attempts at bringing modern times into the noticeably older style of comedy extremely cringy. This was made even more terrible when Short emerged as a puppet version of his act Jiminy Glick, my favourite of his characters, and critiqued the style of modern celebrities. Not pretty. However, a lot of work clearly went into the production and pacing of this special and it did have some noticeably effective moments. Has its ups and downs ya dig
