The Man Who Fell to Earth

This really felt like a load of videogame cutscenes mashed together without any footage of the gameplay and I found it very enjoyable. Some of the editing decisions in this were fucking wild. Pretty striking movie and I gotta give Bowie and the film credit for taking such a risk. There were three moments in this that had me cackling: 1) After a pretty intense sequence it abruptly cuts to a one-shot of a little funny butler cleaning a house for around 2 minutes. 2) One of the many sex scenes includes a man insanely growling like a mad man only to cut to him, post-sex, leaning over to the bedside table, still aggressively growling. 3) The final shot is one of the most bizarre ending frames I've ever seen. Can completely see how someone would hate this film but I found it hilarious and pretty fascinating.
