time wasn’t right. it was moving too fast. and then i was 19, and then i was 20, and then i was 21. like chapters skipped over on a dvd. i told myself, “this isn’t normal. this isn’t normal. this isn’t how life is supposed to feel.”couldn’t decide if i wanted to cry or fall asleep to this… i think this is definitely the type of movie that hits harder on rewatch. the scene where he rewatches the show as an adult and it’s completely lost its appeal honestly broke my heart bc it’s such a gut wrenching, relatable feeling. NOSTALGIA WILL BE THE DEATH OF ME.
visually stunning and soundtrack was great (PHOEBE BRIDGERS SNEAK ICU) but idk… felt a little lacking. or maybe that’s just how life is mannn….. sad and incomplete
