2 hours & 27 minutes of the slowest movie about trees having thoughts or reactions to humans. The movie is pretty murky on what specifically they think about plants.
A very visually pretty movie but with over 2 hours of runtime, the movie doesn't say much.
The movie has a lot of shots where plants are in focus but humans in the shot are out of focus. I feel like it's a reference to the light ball scene early in the movie, in terms of a baby's ability to focus. I'm not sure if the movie is saying much more than just sensations have the greatest deal of focus from our mind.
