Alien: Romulus

alien cromulent. feels like the force awakens of the alien franchise with how much of it is really annoyingly on the nose references to prior movies. had a good enough time but the pacing is so odd (especially when you lift the countdown thing off the first movie.) trying to keep this a spoiler free review but I also feel like I have to dock it a bit too for how much of the time is spent with an uncanny valley cg version of a deceased actor glad this at least came out in theaters but prey is the better of the two
