Chapter One: Suzie, Do You Copy?

It looks like the Soviets are set up as the main villains this season, trying to figure out how to reopen the gate to the Upside Down—only to accidentally trigger even worse consequences. Feels a bit formulaic, to be honest.
This episode also seems to lean more into relationship drama, maybe because last season already wrapped up like a major finale. So this one plays out more like a slice of life after the big events. The episode’s focus on Dustin’s storyline as the central plot felt a little underwhelming, though. And Dustin’s radio accidentally tapping into a military frequency? That’s a stretch.
Still, I did enjoy the everyday moments in this episode—seeing more casual interactions, like Jim Hopper getting annoyed watching El and Mike spend all their time together, or Nancy and Jonathan living their quiet, happy life. And poor Steve, working his job solo while still stuck on babysitting duty.Oh wow, wait—Billy can’t really be gone for good, can he?
经典苏联要变成这一季的反派是吧，想要研究怎么打开upside down的入口，然后意外之下触发了一些更坏的结果，有点太套路了，这一集疑似加入了更多的感情戏因为上一季已经类似于另外一种大结局了，所以我想这一季更像是大结局后的日常生活，这一集如果换个标题倒还行，拿Dustin的事情来做本集主题就有点无聊了，Dustin的频道串线到军事频道更离谱了，但我还是挺喜欢这一集的日常，可以看到更多的互动，比如Jim Hopper看不el和Mike天天在一起，Nancy和Jonathan的幸福生活，可怜的Steve在独自的打工并兼当保姆，还有就是bili不会就这么寄了吧
