Chapter Four: Dear Billy

Jim Hopper’s escape arc really shows you can’t rely on anyone out there—especially not a greedy double-crosser who’d turn on you without a second thought.

Now Joyce and Murray have been captured too… I wonder if they’re going to end up in that same prison.

Robin’s performance was awesome—though, let’s be real, a sudden passionate speech getting you into an unscheduled visitation? Not exactly realistic.

This episode had Max swinging between grief and terror. In the second half, thanks to her friends’ support, she finally realizes who’s really there for her—not that creepy monster that’s been messing with her mind. And hey, they even managed to hurt the thing in the process.

The effects and acting in this one were stellar—especially those seamless cuts between Max running and seeing glimpses of the real world, and then back to the monster closing in. So well done.

Jim Hopper逃出记印证了在外面都靠不住何况还是一个贪财的人黑吃黑更是得心应手，现在Joyce和Murray也是被抓住了也不知道后续是不是也要被送进那边的监狱，Robin的表演太帅了虽然这在现实中不太可能就因为突入起来的演讲就让你去见没有程序的探视，这集Max在感伤和恐怖之间穿梭，在后半段因为朋友们的极力相助让MAX相信他真正的朋友才是在她身边，而不是这个虚幻的怪物也伤害到了这个怪物，这集的特效表演太棒了特别是MAX边跑边望向现实世界的镜头以及怪物镜头的切换很自然。
