Dear Santa

This is a goofy movie that made me laugh despite itself. I am always down for a Jack Black performance, especially one outside of the traditional franchise fare, and I got what I wanted out of Dear Santa. Even when he's delivering some truly groan-worthy material, Black shines in going over the top and really selling his character, which makes up for a lot of the film's other shortcomings. Mind you, nothing can make up for the movie's batshit insane ending. Even if you're not a huge Jack Black fan, it may be worth a watch just for that.
