This movie was pretty goofy and ridiculous. The whole plot and presentation was so outrageous that I kept waiting for it to become comedic. Sam Elliott seemed a little too laid back for such an intense role. Everyone else seemed to be acting in the standard over the top TV style of the time.As outrageous as the whole thing was I have to say that it was consistently entertaining and moved at a pretty steady pace. For me the best part was recognizing all the character actors' faces.
