A Perfect Planet

It’s easy at this point to take anything with the Attenborough imprimatur for granted as a classy, impressive production and it is perhaps testament to the wide variety of untapped species still in existence that this never seems to be covering familiar ground (love the waterlogged fire ants!) Beautifully produced, with at times startlingly intimate footage of its "stars"; the only slightly awkward note is Attenborough’s third person, ”god”-like narration, but it’s an easy pretension to forgive.
