Most of the shorts are actually quite bad (I don't know if maybe the technical aspects are interesting for animators or people into experimental cinema...). In my opinion only a couple of these 1-minute shorts deserve some atention: Satoshi Kon's Ohayo (Good Morning) is a great short (8/10), simple, but greatly done. The other one is Makoto Shinkai's A Gathering of Cats, not a bad one (5/10) mildly fun short story. Having this last one in mind you can imagine what I think of the rest.

This feels like a collected compilation of commercials, music videos, trailers, and snippets from shows and mashed together.
