Apocalypse: Verdun

It was the longest battle in the whole of the Great War and one of the bloodiest in history. To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Verdun, we will portray it through compelling narration and colourized archive footage. The battle of Verdun raged for 300 days of nightmarish combat over an area of 100 square kilometres. In terms of strategic objectives, it achieved nothing.
