While imperfect — with animation issues due to it being a long-running series —, and at times midly obnoxious (thanks, Asta), this series has a lot of fun characters to offer, a relatively easy to follow power system, a solid plot, great character dynamics, amazing voice actors, and when the fighting begins (particularly later in the series) the animation pops off. With solid humour, cool action, good emotional beats, it's easy to fall in love with.
