The first 3 episodes had some good acting and a mildly entertaining storyline, but when the director changes into Matthew Saville in eps 4-6 all restraint is let go and we're watching a dull, drawn out glitchfest with pompous music and overacting. All the editing fluff makes it barely watchable. A positive note about the casting though: the 25 year older characters really, really look like their younger selves. Very impressive! Travis Fimmel is also quite good, but mostly in ep1-3.
