This show is... actually really lovely, witty, funny, funky, moving, humanistic, even quietly and subtly artful in spots, a show that you can just sink into like a warm bath and soak in its charming small-town goodness. It's a totally worthy follow-up to Gilmore Girls that captures so much of that show's energy. Some of the best-directed scenes I've seen on ABC Family for sure. It's a real travesty this one didn't get a couple more seasons to breathe.
