A decent spinoff showing the tape and laws that overseas law enforcement teams must handle. Hindered by the constraints of network TV to live and die by the weekly procedural code of case of the week antics with card board characters who get 10 seconds of development every 4 episodes. Of course it tried to dive into the case work and the location of the week to try and remind us it was a different take. It never quite reached its potential. Most network shows don't to pander to audiences.
