I was thrilled by the first episode—the fascinating surroundings and the intriguing premise of a crime within a Native American community were captivating. But each episode felt progressively less engaging, until I finally got to the end of the last episode of the first season, where I fast forwarded just to finish it. Despite good acting, the film lacks tension. When someone got shut, I just noticed it without really care. Nicely done, but pointless.

Well filmed and has some great performances. The script holds it back a little, its convoluted, and repetitive, but not so much to make it a bad experience. I really like Zahn McClarnon.

THAT WAS AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, greatest night history of television. Jokes aside, Dark Winds is a really good show. I think we all know how talented Graham Roland is and he proves it once again in this series. There aren't enough words to describe Zahn McClarnon. He is a true wonder of nature. I'm a little angry with myself for watching the first episode on my phone because you should watch Dark Winds on big screen TV. Well-acted, well-paced, well-directed. Fantastic. My rating may up or down later..
