Now that Nordic noir has taken the world by storm, some Swedes watched House of Cards and tried to replicate it. Unfortunately this is like the shittier later seasons of HoC and no one has the charisma of Kevin Spacey or Robin Wright. The speech the main guy gives is supposed to be so inspirational that people want him as PM, except that speech is so bland and vague it comes off as a parody of politicians saying nothing of substance.
