Perspectives on Casanova from actors and associates of Fellini, including actors who were originally offered the part of the legendary libertine, as well as academics and psychologists who attempt to situate him (i.e the continued fascination) within the broader context of Italian society. This is easily the most interesting aspect, but there is a vague air of parody around the interviews that makes the viewer question the sincerity of the project and/or the skill of the directors.
