Barış is a young man with feminine traits. His desires, such as helping with house cleaning or wearing red clothes, are met with disapproval by those around him. His mother, Dilek, treats him kindly, while his father, Yücel, is a harsh man and treats him badly. One day, Barış is helping his mother at the pharmacy when a male customer arrives, and his mother becomes suspicious that Barış might be gay because of the way he looks at the man.
