Garo: Higashi no Kairo - Season 1

After the battle in Creacity, Ryuga Dougai heads out to find Ryume, journeying through the wilderness. While talking with the Mado Ring Zaruba, Ryuga looks back on the many battles he has fought through together with the Makai Priestess Rian.

The sandy city of Sagan was in dire straits due to an unusual horror attack. The Makai Hoshi, Rian and Elmina, save the residents of Sagan while driving out the horror. Then, a giant horror Zagdam, clad in waste, appears and engages in a fierce battle with Rian and the others. During the battle, a "mysterious Demon Knight" suddenly appears. The knight turned his sword not only on horror but also on Rian. As the battle becomes extremely chaotic, Ryuga Dogai finally returns to Rian.

Ryuga Dogai entrusts Rian with the task of purifying the Garo armor. Ryuga heads to Yoroi-no-zuka, where the armors of fallen Makai Knights were enshrined, in search of the power to protect Sagan from Horrors. Then the Makai Priest Lector creeps up on them mysteriously... Meanwhile, Rian is informed by the dragon clan's Hiden that the time remaining for Ryume, the current Sentinel, is drawing to an end. Rian ponders the meaning of the words entrusted to her by Ryume.

The terrifying truth revealed by Lector. Ryuga Dogai learns the true nature of the horror that attacks the town of Sagan, and the purpose of the Rector. Meanwhile, Rian and Elmina are heading towards the shrine. "Why did Lumet choose himself as the successor to the world tower?" Elmina couldn't hide her frustration at Rian's struggles. At the same time, Sagan elder Monma discovers a miraculous water springing up in a well that should have dried up.

Rian fell into Elmina's trap and was trapped in another world. In an eerie world, a relentlessly relentlessly attacks Rian. Meanwhile, in the city of Sagan, which is suffering from thirst, Ayura began to recount her past being saved by Ryuga Dogai and Rector. Then, a juvenile demon dragon released by Rian appears. Will Ryuga be able to reclaim the captive Rian...?

Ryuga Dogai and Rian have returned from another world. Rian, aiming for the shrine again, spoke fluently about her resolve to accept her unknown roots. Around that time, in the city of Sagan, Monma and Ayura were voicing with joy at the water filling the well. Meanwhile, Elmina, who is stunned by Hidden in her hand, hears a mysterious voice echoing eerily through her mind. An eerie water seeped underfoot...

Dogai Ryuga and Rector intercept the countless Sand Warriors that appear. Lector was suffering from the pain in his petrified left arm due to the cost of the forbidden ritual "The Art of Salvation of Yin and Ego," which he once released to save Ayura. Meanwhile, Rian, guided by Hidden's thoughts, returns to the Kairounoma, where she is met by Elmina, who is trying to assassinate Lume.

Reaching the gate, Rian finally steps into the tranquil Dragon Kingdom. At the same time, Dogai Ryuga and Rector resolve to protect the gate, which is in a desperate situation for a horror invasion, as the time for the Dragon's reincarnation approaches.

The Makai-hoshi desperately try to hold the Sand Warriors, who are aiming for the gate. Ryuga Dogai, who saved Elmina from the Horror Aquas, rushes to the scene in Lector's predicament. The final battle between the golden knight Gallo Sho and the horror Garzas finally begins. Will Ryuga be able to protect the gate and the land in the east...?
