Homer vs. the 18th Amendment

After Bart inadvertently becomes drunk at a St. Patrick's Day celebration, an old prohibition law banning drinking in Springfield is rediscovered and enforced. Desperate to keep alcohol in the city, Homer takes matters into his own hands. (imdb)
