A fascinating little doc for many reasons (not least the snapshot of 70's Britain), Mini is essentially just a collection of interviews with doctors, social workers, parents and the titular firestarter himself, gaining an insight into who he is and how he became to be this way. He's a likeable kid too, wise beyond his years and possessing a mature level of self-confidence. The only quibble is it's just 45 mins long and you'd like to hear more from everybody we've seen.
