After I first saw Cap's four minute Just for Laughs set back in 2006, I already considered him one of my favourite comedians. In this hour long set that compiles just about all his material, he establishes a terrific comedy act, playing himself as a lazy, simple-minded, and (perhaps because of this) incredibly funny dude who's more opinionated on popsicles than politics.
