It is the first TV series of Polish Television dedicated to the medieval history of Poland. The action of the new historical telenovela produced by TVP begins in 1333. The king Władysław Łokietek dies, tired of the fight for unification divided into districts of Poland. His only surviving son sits on the throne - Kazimierz.
