This was fun! Genuinely better than the original film it's based off of, because 95% of the musical version's runtime actually captures the spirit of Elle Woods: bubbly, energetic, optimistic and deep into her 4th can of Red Bull of the day, something that the blandly directed and edited film was never able to recreate.
