The range of folktales and fairy tales this show covers is impressively massive; yet, the show is incredibly dry and boring. As an educational experience, it offers very little as it acts as a cursory introduction to the stories they introduce, but warp it to such a degree that the nuances of the original tale have become worthless in this context. Even as a child I remember finding the storytelling in this uninteresting and forgettable, and a disservice to the history and myths it portrays.
