The eighteen-year-old Brooke Heinke, a mentally challenged girl, becomes the biggest fan of Céline Dion after the death of her mother. The desire to see her idol perform is so great that even her newborn baby has to suffer for it. Lieve Céline (Dear Céline) is a film based on the book by Hanna Bervoets.
