A Stan Lee production starring Lee Majors and former teen idol Nicole Eggert? What could go wrong? (/sarcasm off) This is a 100% "by-the-comic-book" story--deep-voiced villain transformed after experiment goes awry. Convinced it was friend's fault (spoiler: it wasn't), he vows to get revenge by destroying world. Friend is injured by villain, and can now run at supersonic speeds (but only for short bursts of time). Villain kidnaps friend's lover and gives him choice to save her or save millions.
