For only Darcy...

I usually love a good twist in a tale, but this one went completely awry. The changes in some of the characters made them completely unlikable. At least the main character, Amanda, was enjoyable. Worth the watch.

I was not expecting to like this as much as I did. I'm an unabashed Pride & Prejudice fan, but this story, which is basically a Mary Sue self-inclusion fanfic, enthralled me. I loved a lot of the scenes, and many of the lines were hilarious. Lots of fun.

In this universe, there are only extroverts, scumbags, and spineless cowards. Darcy the Proud introvert is unrecognizable as the constipatedly angry overlord. The socially anxious Georgianna becomes a vindictive, scheming, dejected, selfish liar in an attempt to redeem the character who tried to take advantage of her. Jane could easily be replaced with a doormat that has the words "step on me, pls" embroidered in bold across it. If you enjoy this, more power to you, it's not for me.

I thought it was cute, even if a little drawn out at times. I could have done without the crudeness of a few characters and the main character having been living with someone.

Incredibly long and if you haven't seen or read Pride and Prejudice you should definitely do that first.
