Starts well but that only covers at most 2 eps out of 25 - could only stomach up to ep 17. Rapidly descends into PC & supernatural rubbish IMO (I don't mind a well done fantasy but this is not it) as our heroes journey to other lands in their quest to find more dungeons. World building =uneven. Animation does job fairly well but that's series highlight sadly. A collection of untouchable goodies & hopeless villains. There's a second series (unseen ATM) titled "Magi.S02.The.Kingdom.of.Magic" 2013.
